On November 4, 2020 Owl Rock Capital Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

Item 8.01 Other Events

 

On November 4, 2020, the Company issued a press release announcing that its board of directors approved a repurchase program under which the Company may repurchase up to $100 million of the Company's outstanding common stock, par value $0.01 per share. Under the program, purchases may be made at management’s discretion, from time to time, in open market transactions. Unless extended by the Board, the repurchase program will terminate 12-months from the date it was approved. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
